Before founding Samana Jorge worked for Citrix, focused on growing the consulting team in Latin America and Canada through talent acquisition, talent development and successful execution of strategic projects. At Samana he has successfully overseen the transformation of the company from a consulting practice, to a comprehensive end-to-end IT Lifecycle Management services organization.

After majoring in Physics at the prestigious Los Andes University, Fabian was a Physics teacher while starting out in IT. With 25 years of experience in the field and deep skills in virtualization, networking and programming, we couldn’t think of a better leader for our technical team. Before coming on board at Samana, Fabian oversaw R&D at a leading Citrix Platinum Partner.

Felipe joined the Samana Group family after a 10-year tenure with Citrix as a consultant and Service Delivery Manager. Since then, Felipe has worked tirelessly with Samana’s teams, partners, and customers to help grow the consulting and managed services delivery offerings. Throughout his time in the IT services space, Felipe has developed a deep passion for understanding customer needs to define and deliver solutions that best achieve desired outcomes. With a background in Computer Engineering and experience managing many full lifecycle projects, Felipe helps align the business, technical, and delivery aspects of our ecosystem.
KELSEY KEMPLER
SAMM PRODUCT MANAGER
Kelsey joins Samana following her tenure at Citrix, where she served as a Consultant and Service Delivery Manager. In this role, Kelsey spearheaded all facets of highly complex consulting projects for some of Citrix’s most prominent clients. Her clients represented diverse industries, including healthcare and government, and her work encompassed both virtualization and networking solutions. As the SAMM product Manager, Kelsey leverages her comprehensive knowledge of technical solutions and business imperatives to enhance the Samana team’s productivity, efficiency, and proactivity, ultimately driving an improved customer experience.

John is a technology executive and author with over 25 years of experience advising leaders across mid-market and enterprise-level organizations. John joins Samana from Citrix, where he led the Americas Professional Services and Global Executive Customer Success organizations. John’s leadership in sales and services spans IT Professional and Managed Services, Digital Transformation, End user Computing, and Cybersecurity. As an executive advisor, John works with businesses to ensure the consistent alignment of technical solutions with tangible business value and results.
